- Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) The Office Manager is an integral member of our management team, providing oversight of the front desk and administrative support functions, supervising administrative support staff, working with insurance verifications, and working with the rest of the management team to improve the lives of people in need and to strengthen the community.
Office Manager:
assists the CBHC Program Director and CBHC Assistant Program Director in the completion of weekly and monthly reports, including, but not limited to, , non-billed, held claims, denial report, authorization report, staff productivity and contract billing develops procedures for ensuring that clinical staff receives sufficient administrative support necessary to carry out their responsibilities in serving individuals. This includes, but is not limited to , providing supplies and necessary forms and scheduling office assignments . ensures that office equipment ( i.e. copy machines, telephones, POS machines, etc.) is maintained and operated properly by all staff serves as the liaison with third party billing staff to ensure that all billing information from the c enter is received in a timely and legible manner and that billing questions and problems are resolved. This also involves researching insurance claims and monitoring individual's balances. In coordination with the administrative intake coordinator, develops and monitors procedures for verifying benefits and/or obtaining initial authorizations for new individuals. tracks and budgets expenses; submits expense reports, check requests, etc. on at least a monthly basis.Schedule:
40 hours per week;Full Time Pay:
