If you're someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and can confidently manage multiple tasks at once — we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls professionally General office administration and clerical duties Filing, organizing, and maintaining records Managing invoices, payments, and data entry in QuickBooks Assisting with scheduling and customer communication Supporting day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to multitask and prioritize Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Office, email, etc.) Previous office/admin experience preferred
