Office Administrator/Sales Assistant Job Overview:
We invite you to join our team at Rockland Auto Brokers in Randolph Mass 02368 Job Description Answer emails and phone calls and as well Facebook page maintenance Take pictures of vehicles and upload to our website sources Office Duties with filing paper and organization Describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase Offering test drives to all prospects Organization of the vehicles at the parking lot Ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features and warranty Follow up with customers As a Sales Representative, you must be an energetic and goal-oriented team player who is committed to providing excellence in customer service. We are looking for winners who are set on closing the deal! You must have a strong desire to make customers walk away happy and satisfied. You must be an outgoing team player who is able to easily converse with customers, develop strong relationships, and follow through with closing deals. Other requirements of the Representative role include: Sales experience is needed Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency Professional appearance and demeanor Good verbal and written communication skills Portuguese or Spanish is preferred but not required Valid Driver's license As a Associate/ Media Posting Vehicles on line , you will approach, greet, and offer assistance to customers who enter the dealership showroom or lot. Your focus will be to satisfy the automotive needs of customers, assisting them in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle. You will be trained on the specific products we offer and their benefit to our customers. Also play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. you will be responsible for managing phone systems, , front desk duties, and maintaining office organization. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key in supporting the day-to-day administrative tasks.Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- financial record-keeping and invoicing. Experience with internet/social media
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- Front desk duties including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Overseeing office management tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining supplies.

- Ensuring efficient file management and record-keeping.
- Performing clerical duties to support various departments.
Experience:
- Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Previous experience in office management or front desk operations.

- Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
