Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, maintaining an efficient workspace, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. We are looking for a candidate that is proactive and motivated for growth. Responsibilities Oversee all administrative functions, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance to ensure optimal operational efficiency Coordinate calendar management, schedule meetings, and organize appointments for staff and executives with precision and professionalism Handle phone systems, direct calls with professionalism, and provide outstanding customer service to visitors and callers Manage data entry tasks using productivity software such as spreadsheets and word processing tools while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper-based—and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information Support team members with personal assistant tasks, including travel arrangements, correspondence, and document proofreading Requirements Familiarity with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Communication skills—both verbal and written—with a professional phone manner and customer support orientation Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client interactions and team communication.
