We are looking for a dedicated Office Administrator to manage our headquarters and support our field operations. You will be the primary point of contact for the office, reporting directly to the Director. This is a high-impact role for an autonomous professional who enjoys the trades, such as builders and electricians. We need a fixer who can own the administrative side of the business so our technical team can stay on-site generating revenue. We plan to expand in the near future. We are looking for a team player ready to deeply dive into several aspects of the business. You will work across various departments, from finance and grants to helping the company select and onboard new employees as the team grows. Compensation Structure We provide a transparent path to a permanent, higher-wage role. Evaluation Phase (Initial 2 Weeks): $18.00/hr. This is a dedicated training period to ensure a fit with our specialized workflow.
Permanent Rate:
$24.00/hr upon successful completion of the evaluation phase.Growth:
Guaranteed annual pay increases based on performance and company expansion.Key Responsibilities Operations:
Open and close the office daily. Coordinate client appointments and partner communications.Hiring Support:
Assist the Director in reviewing applications and selecting new candidates for our expanding team. In doing so you will delegate work throughout our team.Funds:
You will lead all fundraising and donor outreach. This involves running digital campaigns and managing peer-to-peer strategies. You must actively solicit new donors and maintain accurate contribution records. You will research and apply for community grants to secure additional funding. You will also coordinate with partner companies to establish sponsorships and corporate support. Your role includes increasing campaign visibility to ensure the growth of our programs.Tech Management:
You should have demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace, to organize files and streamline communications. Candidates must possess strong typing skills with high accuracy to handle data entry and document preparation. Experience with accounting software is required to manage tax forms, budget documents, and profit and loss reports. You will maintain a baseline of social media updates across various platforms to highlight company accomplishments. We are looking for an individual with an overall mastery of office technology who can quickly learn and operate new software tools to improve business efficiency .Requirements Experience :
2+ years of office administration. Experience in construction, trades, or energy services is preferred.Traits :
We are looking for a professional who takes ownership of their work. You should identify operational gaps and handle them without constant supervision. You must be willing to deeply dive into several aspects of the business while working as a team. Punctuality is essential for opening and closing the office. You should be comfortable representing the firm to builders, partner companies, and donors.Education :
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.Pay:
