Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Manager will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative functions. Responsibilities Supervise front desk staff, providing training and development to ensure high performance and excellent customer service. Manage scheduling and calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events. Handle clerical tasks including filing, bookkeeping, and payroll processing. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and budgeting purposes. Implement office management procedures to enhance efficiency and organization. Maintain multi-line phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times. Support human resources functions related to team management and employee relations. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team-building initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in a medical office setting. Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and development. Proficient in QuickBooks and other relevant software applications. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette. Experience in managing dental insurance and patient co pay bookkeeping. Familiarity with event planning processes is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual responsibilities.
