In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day business operations, office management functions, and administrative activities that support the company's overall success. The position offers an opportunity to develop strong operational, organizational, and leadership skills while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Additionally, Aditi Inc. supports and collaborates with The Desai Foundation in managing high-impact global initiatives involving entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit organizations, institutions, and community leaders to help drive social responsibility and meaningful impact. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative small-office environment, is a self-starter, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Boston vicinity. Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration & Operations Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions Manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, appointments, and internal communications Coordinate office activities, workflows, and administrative processes Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, records, and documentation Communication & Coordination Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and communication with internal and external stakeholders Serve as a liaison between Aditi Inc., The Desai Foundation, vendors, entrepreneurs, and business associates Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, event logistics, and executive schedules Documentation & Reporting Prepare, review, and organize reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and operational documents Maintain and update databases ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Assist leadership with operational reporting and administrative follow-ups Financial & Administrative Support Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and basic financial administration Prepare financial and accounting management reports as needed Coordinate with accountants, contractors, wealth managers, and external service providers to support efficient operations Event & Project Coordination Assist with the planning and coordination of events, meetings, community initiatives, and special projects Support philanthropic and organizational initiatives associated with The Desai Foundation Ensure timely execution of operational tasks and project deadlines Qualifications Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or equivalent professional experience in business administration, office management, operations, or a related field Relevant experience in office administration, coordination, management, or operations may substitute for formal education Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment •
