This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that continues to expand its impact, operational excellence, and global reach. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day business operations, office management functions, and administrative activities that support the company's overall success. The position offers an opportunity to develop strong operational, organizational, and leadership skills while contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Additionally, Aditi Inc. supports and collaborates with The Desai Foundation in managing high-impact global initiatives involving entrepreneurs, executives, nonprofit organizations, institutions, and community leaders to help drive social responsibility and meaningful impact. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a collaborative small-office environment, is a self-starter, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Boston vicinity. Key Responsibilities Office Administration & Operations Assist with administrative and operational activities to support daily office functions Help manage calendars, scheduling, meetings, appointments, and internal communications Support office workflows, administrative processes, and organizational tasks Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, records, and documentation Communication & Coordination Assist with correspondence including emails, phone calls, and stakeholder communications Support coordination between Aditi Inc., The Desai Foundation, vendors, entrepreneurs, and business associates Assist with meeting coordination, travel arrangements, event logistics, and scheduling activities Documentation & Reporting Prepare and organize reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and operational documents Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and current information Support leadership with administrative follow-ups and reporting tasks Financial & Administrative Support Assist with expense tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and basic administrative functions Help prepare reports and maintain organized financial documentation Support coordination with accountants, contractors, wealth managers, and external service providers Event & Project Coordination Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, community initiatives, and special projects Support philanthropic and organizational initiatives associated with The Desai Foundation Help ensure timely completion of operational tasks and project deadlines Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or coursework in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Communications, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace Proficient in quickbooks Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
