Responsibilities As a Office Manager, you will report directly to the operational leader and serve as a key member of care center operations and management team by planning, directing and coordinating the billing, purchasing, human resources, communication systems, space utilization, administrative support and mail services. The Office Manager will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the daily activities of our team of agents, as well as assisting with administrative tasks including account management, research and filing Coordinate systems and procedures with medical records, data entry, claims review, and personnel and human resource functions to ensure efficient and compliant billing and payroll operations Ensure continuous coverage in all administrative areas through appropriate staffing assignments and workload distribution and supervises nonclinical staff Ensure appropriate orientation for all new staff Screen, interview and make appropriate hiring decisions for non-clinical staff Conduct performance appraisals/reviews as necessary and in compliance with company policy and procedures Accountable for ensuring compliance with all new and current employee documentation required by Human Resources and regulatory agencies for maintaining employment within the organization including, but not limited to, I9 compliance, professional licensure, background checks and all other documents related to employment Maintain an ongoing evaluation of space, supplies and equipment needs for the care center Qualifications This position requires a minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry, and we're particularly interested in individuals with a passion for home health Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suites Must have a valid NJ Drivers License and reliable transportation Must be fluent in Spanish Must be able to multi-task and perform multiple job functions to ensure the day to day runs smoothly.
