Job Description
Maryland Vascular Specialists is looking for a personable, hardworking Medical Office Manager. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff while fostering a positive team environment. Manage provider schedules, staffing coverage, and office resources to ensure optimal patient flow and productivity. Monitor front office functions, including patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and day to day functions. Maintain a safe and professional environment Address patient concerns and resolve operational issues in a timely, professional manner Collaborate with physicians and leadership to implement office goals, policies, and performance initiatives Analyze office performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase efficiency Oversee inventory management, vendor relationships, and supply ordering to support daily operations Lead staff meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development efforts Maintain high standards of patient satisfaction through strong communication, organization, and leadership Qualifications Leadership & Management Skills Previous healthcare experience EMR experience Strong communication and multitasking skills Reliable, organized, and patient-focused Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation required The Ideal Candidate Compassionate and professional Strong communication skills Proactive problem-solver Adaptable and team-oriented Committed to delivering excellent patient care every day About Us Maryland Vascular Specialists (MVS) is a leading outpatient vascular care provider specializing in artery and vein health.
