Job Description

Office Administrator
  • Tenant Services Coordinator Peel Properties, is a family-owned and operated property management company, located in Bethesda, MD.
The company is seeking a reliable, organized individual who is committed to fantastic results. This is a very fast-paced position for someone who has excellent multi-tasking abilities, is outgoing, intelligent, confident, and has a positive, people-pleaser attitude. Successful candidates will have excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to prioritize work load and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Services
  • answer phones, assist tenant's needs, coordinate maintenance requests and follow up, building memos
  • Payroll processing and maintain employee schedules
  • Proposals and Billing
  • Assist in preparing for weekly company meetings
  • Support the Property Managers with tasks and duties
  • Soliciting bids for maintenance and other property management needs
  • Internet Research proficiency
  • Team Building
  • recognize employee birthday, celebrations etc
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 3+years of work experience
  • Yardi Voyager real estate program efficiency required
  • Experience in property management preferred
  • Professional, excellent communication skills (in both verbal and written)
  • Report & Document Preparation
  • Spreadsheet & Database Creation
  • Meeting & Event Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Excellent computer skills
  • proficient in Word and Excel
  • BA degree preferred.
