Property Administration Coordinator About the Role Our client is looking for a detail-oriented operational anchor to streamline their regional real estate hub. This position functions as the central nervous system of the office, ensuring seamless communication between financial controllers, engineering teams, and asset managers. You will be the primary face of the organization, setting a tone of professional excellence for every visitor and stakeholder. What You'll Own Your daily rhythm involves orchestrating the front-office environment and managing the flow of all physical and digital correspondence. Architect and maintain complex filing systems for investors, tenants, and vendors to ensure data integrity and rapid retrieval. Spearhead the preparation of tenant billing statements and manual invoices to ensure financial accuracy before distribution. Direct the procurement of critical office resources while overseeing the maintenance of all professional workspace equipment. Navigate the onboarding process for new occupants by assembling comprehensive welcome portfolios and building documentation. Strengthen internal operations by logging incoming revenue and coordinating the timely dispatch of outgoing payments.
