Job Description

CarePlus is seeking a full-time, on-site Office Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee daily office operations while managing payroll, billing, and administrative functions that keep our agency running smoothly. You'll collaborate across departments, support leadership, and help ensure exceptional service for our clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support across scheduling, intake, clinical, and HR teams. Prepare and process payroll and client billing (both biweekly), ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Manage client accounts from initial set-up through ongoing maintenance, including contracts, authorizations, bill rates, payments, long-term care insurance billing, and accounts receivable. Manage office vendors and help foster a professional, welcoming office environment, ensuring office supplies and inventories are maintained. Support leadership with reporting, meeting coordination, audits, workflow improvements, and special projects. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, COMAR, and company policies while maintaining confidentiality.

Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of work experience in office management preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, people management, and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality while complying with HIPAA regulations and company policies. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace and an aptitude for quickly learning new software. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
