Job Description

Office Administrator
  • Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our growing law firm.
We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable working in an environment where client service truly matters. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, keeping things organized, and being an important part of a hardworking, close-knit team. We take our work seriously, while still valuing positivity, collaboration, and maintain a supportive office environment where everyone gets along and helps each other out. What You'll Do Responsibilities will include a combination of administrative, client-facing, and organizational tasks, including:
  • Answering and directing phone calls professionally and compassionately
  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
  • Conducting initial client intakes and gathering basic case information
  • Coordinating payment and communications with vendors
  • Filing and organizing both physical and electronic documents
  • Assisting with office organization and daily administrative operations
  • Supporting attorneys and staff with case management tasks as needed
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and general office coordination
  • Helping keep workflows organized and moving efficiently What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
