Position:
Full-Time Customer Service Representative What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice that represents NaturaLawn of America to our valued customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Answering customer calls with a positive attitude and enthusiasm Accurately entering customer data Managing a variety of office tasks in a team-based environment Providing efficient and friendly service to all inquiries
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Proficient typing skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
Schedule:
o Full-time, Monday to Friday o 9am-5pm, with 1-3 Saturdays and 1-2 later shifts per week required during March and April. o Enjoy shorter work hours and weeks from November to January, plus a week off during Christmas through New Year's Day!
Pay:
$16-$18 per hour, based on experience and fit
