About the Role @WORK is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Office Admin / Recruiter to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, juggling multiple tasks, and keeping things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You'll help recruit and onboard employees, coordinate daily schedules, work closely with our clients, and support recruiting and marketing efforts. Our busiest season runs from May through October , so flexibility and a good sense of humor definitely helps! What You'll Be Doing Recruit, onboard, and train temporary employees Match employee schedules with client needs Communicate daily with clients and employees Answer questions, solve problems, and help resolve issues Keep notes and records of employee and client interactions Schedule and help conduct employee trainings Help create and manage job postings on job boards and social media Assist with interviews and onboarding Support marketing efforts like flyers, job fairs, and networking events Promote @WORK services and maintain a positive company presence Monitor paid after-hours emergency phone coverage Travel locally as needed for trainings or events Assist General Manager, Director of Operations and President with tasks as needed. What We're Looking For Great communication and people skills Organized, dependable, and able to multi-task Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress environment Calm and patient when handling questions or complaints Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Willingness to learn new systems and processes Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transportation Experience & Education High school diploma or GED required Office, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience preferred Experience with scheduling, training, or job postings is a plus No college degree required Military-experienced candidates encouraged to apply Schedule & Work Environment Office-based with occasional local travel Monday-Friday schedule Working hours are 8:30AM - 4:30PM Paid after-hours phone rotation as needed is required Overtime possible during busy season (May-October) Pay & Benefits $19+ per hour , based on experience Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid holidays Paid vacation (starts after 1 year) Sick time Retirement plan Aflac / supplemental benefits Company-paid training Referral program
