Job Description

The Office Manager organizes and coordinates office administration and procedures in order to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. Office Manager is responsible for managing administrative procedures, on-boarding new hires, coordinating training, inventory control.
DUTIES:
Responsible for on-boarding new hires. Coordination of training for new employees and required re-certification for current staff. Assure timely production and dissemination of all required weekly and monthly reports. Manage requests for supplies. Provide general support to the APDs, Managers, and trainers
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required; some undergraduate experience preferred. Must have ability to read agency reports. Must have effective oral and written communication skills. At least five years relevant work experience (e.g. Secretarial, computer management, office management) preferred. Must have experience with different software systems.
