Overview Join a dynamic healthcare practice as an Office Manager dedicated to ensuring smooth and efficient operations within a chiropractic office setting. Back to Health Chiropractic is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic practice and manage our small support team. We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of office management experience in a chiropractic, medical, or similar healthcare setting who is organized, confident managing people, and comfortable taking ownership. The ideal candidate is proactive, uses good judgment, and can independently manage the day-to-day needs of the practice while keeping the doctors informed. We are looking for someone who identifies what needs attention, takes initiative, and follows through. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage office support staff, including scheduling, training, performance expectations, and team meetings.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between doctors and support staff and help maintain a positive, accountable work environment.
  • Oversee daily office operations, address issues as they arise, and continuously improve procedures and workflow.
  • Manage payroll/time sheets, purchasing, inventory, office systems, and the Clinic Director's calendar.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, insurance verification, and overall front-office operations.
  • Maintain HIPAA, office safety, X-ray, licensing, training, and other required compliance records.
  • Become proficient in the practice's scheduling, billing, and office software and ensure systems are used effectively.
  • Coordinate patient promotions, referral follow-up, community events, and practice social media.
  • Provide front-office coverage when necessary, due to unexpected staffing needs. Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of office management experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, physical therapy, or similar healthcare setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing a small team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare office operations, patient scheduling, insurance, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Experience with practice-management, scheduling, and/or billing software.
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable handling confidential employee and patient information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound day-to-day decisions, and follow through independently.
Salary:
$60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience.
