Job Description

Sail Acadia seeks office staff to provide customer service and operations support to its boat charters. Ideal candidates will be friendly, organized and professional with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Primary tasks are answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails as well as greeting customers, processing payments, and scheduling trips. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who likes working with people, who can work independently in an office environment (close to the ocean), and who can handle a seasonal fast-paced environment that requires prioritizing of sales and operations. Local knowledge, boating or tourism experience, and computer skills are recommended. Consider joining our relaxed and fun team if you are available May through October.
