With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the snow management industry, we provide our client base with an extensive fleet of snow equipment along with a network of 250+ dedicated seasonal team members. We pride ourselves in offering Dependable, Economical and high-Quality services to a vast client base throughout Michigan. Snow Plow Group is hiring a self-motivated individual Office Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions of Account Payable and Receivable. The Office Manager will also be responsible for long-term forecasting, as well as HR related activities including but not limited to hiring staff, internal payroll, automobile and business liability insurance, State of Michigan unemployment claims, and maintaining our employee time tracking software LMN Crew. Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Company budgeting and forecasting
  • Payroll
  • Overseeing company insurance plans
  • Yearly Insurance audit
  • Posting and hiring for all company positions
  • Maintaining company time tracking software - LMN Crew
  • Overseeing company unemployment claims
  • Logging customer complaints and following up through resolution Qualifications Organized self-starter with strong sense of ambitions, self-motivation, and self-discipline Strong financial background with experience in QuickBooks required 2+ years' experience in Office Manager role Ability to work both independently and in team setting Comfortable working under pressure in multi-faceted, fast-paced environment Customer interaction and issue resolution: Manages customer interactions via phone & email Uses CRM software LMN Crew to prepare invoices and time tracking Effectively and accurately troubleshoots and escalated customer concerns when necessary Comfortable handling heightened conflicts, and difficult conversations with customers Skills Proficient in Microsoft 365 products Strong written and verbal communication skills QuickBooks desktop Critical thinking Organized Product and service knowledge: Develop and maintain an understanding of our services to effectively assist customers and address their needs.
Set appropriate expectations with customers based on contracts and current weather conditions.
Job Type :
Full-time year-round position with option of flexible summer schedule

Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
