Job Description

The Assistant Office Manager plays a key role in supporting daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves assisting in administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a positive work environment. We are looking for a strong individual to work along side the Office Manager. Responsibilities Assist the Office Manager in overseeing daily office functions. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications among staff and management. Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure resources are available. Support payroll processing and other administrative tasks as needed. Help maintain company records, files, and documentation accurately. Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving office-related issues. Assist in on boarding and training new office personnel. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in office administration or management preferred. Accounting background. Must have 5 years of experience in dealership. Proficient in vehicle sales paperwork and Secretary of State rules and procedures. Knows CVR system. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Dealertrack DMS experience helpful, but not necessary. Benefits Competitive salary and compensation package.
