Office Administrator GFX Solutions LLC Dearborn, MI Job Details $19 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Driver's License Productivity software Full Job Description Job Duties Update calendars with daily builds and weekly forecasts, open issues. Enter inventory counts on spreadsheet. Production reports (Graphics) Purchase materials (MRO) from suppliers on approved vendor list at a competitive rate Place orders for all production materials as required, send tools out for repair Maintain LPA Audits for supervisors/managers, maintain PMs contracts for equipment Maintain visitor badges, key box, parking permits and security codes for buildings, locker auditing , radio audit. And maintain snow and ground maintenance. Ensure that all purchasing documents precisely identify the product required , delivery and quality requirements Quoting of projects Monitor and report departmental measurable as directed by the Manager Requirements Grade 12 education along with one to three years experience in an office environment Must have proficient computer skills: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel Must be meeting standards of current position Must be team oriented Strong communication and organization skills are mandatory Sound interpersonal skills with an ability to work with minimal supervision Must possess an appropriate and valid Drivers license. Other duties may be assigned.
