Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Office Manager will manage and oversee the administrative duties in the office to ensure that the office operates efficiently and smoothly. The Office Manager will greet patrons as they enter the facility, answer the phone, distribute checks, and maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office. The Office Manager will support staff members with various administrative tasks as assigned. The Office Manager will report directly to the Clinical Director.
Responsibilities:
Manages front desk and greets patrons as they enter the facility Answers main office phone Creates and distributes client/technician room schedule Assists in checking insurance statuses for SLP and OT clients Schedules appointments and sends reminders for SLP and OT clients Orders inventory for the office including office and stationery supplies Provides center support as needed Creates and distributes center support schedule Monitors and forwards faxed documents Maintains office cleanliness and organization, including regular disinfecting Responsible for sending out disinfectant schedule Distributes checks every pay period both in person and via mail Oversees and coordinates any office repairs needed Understands and references employee handbook to follow company policies and procedures Adheres to the guidance and discretion of organizational leadership Start at 7:45 am and end at 4 pm Other office related duties as assigned
Requirements :
Educational Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Some college preferred 2+ years of office management experience preferred Computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
Other Requirements/Qualifications:
Ability to pass a criminal background check Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs CPR/First Aid Certification The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
