Personal tax preparation (preferable, but not required) Bilingual (Arabic/English) preferable Summary As a Part-Time Office Administrator, you will support daily office operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. You will handle data entry, clerical tasks, customer service, and phone communications, while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards. This role reports to the office supervisor and collaborates with team members to ensure smooth administrative flow. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills are essential, with preference given to candidates who bring experience in front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and strong organizational capabilities. This position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to contribute to process improvements. Responsibilities Provide part-time office support including data entry, filing, and general clerical tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly. Answer and route phone calls with professional etiquette, manage multiple inquiries, and assist customers with timely, accurate information. Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings; assist with lightweight bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks entry if needed. Prepare documents, proofreading as required; handle confidential information with discretion and ensure proper filing and record-keeping. Support front desk functions, manage mail, and assist with miscellaneous administrative projects as priorities shift.
