Office Manager About the Role Pringle Robotics is seeking an Office Manager to support our Home Office in Edwards, IL. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. While no employees will report directly to the Office Manager, this position serves as the organizational backbone, supporting the Customer Success Technicians, Customer Support Specialists, Business Development Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and Pod Principal with administrative efficiency, resource coordination, and process consistency. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and keeping a team running effectively behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration and Coordination Perform general clerical duties and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Manage office supply procurement and ensure all resources are available to support office staff Coordinate the office calendar, meetings, and shared space usage Oversee office facilities and ensure the work environment is professional and functional Operational and Financial Support Review and reconcile employee expenses before submission Assist with bookkeeping and invoice tracking Support preparation of pod-level reports, including budget adherence and Profit and Loss data input Inventory and Logistics Maintain office inventory tracking sheets to ensure parts and equipment are properly stocked Assist Customer Success Technicians with coordinating local shipments via the local office space Monitor usage trends and escalate low-stock items Onboarding and Human Resources Support Assist with new hire onboarding for Customer Success Technicians, Customer Support Specialists, and Business Development Managers within the pods Ensure pods staff have proper access to tools, systems, and office resources Support training logistics and documentation Cross-Pod Support Collaborate with the Pod Manager and corporate leadership to maintain process consistency Provide administrative support for client-facing activities and non-client facing activities that supports entire pod network, such as scheduling demonstrations and preparing materials. Skills and Qualifications Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities Proficiency with Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Drive Experience in office management or administrative support roles preferred Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while supporting a team Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism across teams and with clients Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding robotics company Job Type This role will start as a part-time position, working around 25-30 hours per week, with the goal to move into a full time, 40-hour per week position depending on performance.
