Bookkeeper / Office Manager |East Lansing, MI Salary Range:
$53,000 - $80,000 depending on experience Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excelling in bookkeeper / office manager? The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across East Lansing seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts monthly, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Process payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Prepare and submit sales tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings. Oversee general office administration, including managing supplies, vendor relations, and facility maintenance. Maintain organized physical and digital financial records, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial reporting.
