This role ensures an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through long-term patient relationships while maintaining efficient systems, accurate financial management, and a high-performing business team. The ideal candidate is an experienced dental office leader who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and passionate about providing concierge-level customer service. Experience with Dentrix is strongly encouraged. This position works closely with the doctors to support practice growth, optimize schedules, improve systems, and foster a positive team culture.
