We're hiring a Business Office Manager who can bring order, clarity, and heart to the daily operations of our community. While working on accounts payable/receivable and employee processing are core parts of the job, your greatest impact will come from being a dependable leader and support for the entire community. In this role, you'll manage invoicing and payments, help guide families through financial questions, oversee employee recruitment, onboarding and training records, and support department leaders with performance and staffing processes. You'll work closely with the Executive Director and be someone the team looks to for consistency, clear communication, and follow-through. We're looking for someone who: Is organized and proactive, not easily rattled by shifting priorities Communicates clearly and calmly Has experience with HRIS/HCM, employee processing platforms systems and private pay and long term care insurance billing and collection processes Understands the value of accuracy and attention to detail Understand and respects professional and personal confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion Experience with ALIS/PointClickCare (PCC), ADP and similar platforms is a plus.
