Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a part-time (up to 30 hours per week) Office Manager to support electric business operations. This role involves Accounts Receivable management, administrative duties, phone answering, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate would be a team team player and thrive in a collabortive work environment. Responsibilities QuickBooks online and desktop management for Accounts Receivable. Categorization of expenses. Review and analysis of financial statements. Preparation of bank and credit card reconciliations.
Accounts Receivable responsibilities include:
Invoicing, collection calls, preparing band deposits, and monthly journal entry. Support with scheduling work orders. Input data entry projects accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records . Assist with filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies inventory. Provide customer and vendor support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Answering the phone & taking detailed messages. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Gmail. Experience Previous office experience is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel). Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Understanding of scheduling appointments. Typing proficiency.
