Pediatric Medical Office Manager Independent Pediatric Practice | Full-Time | No Weekends, or Holidays Are you an experienced medical office manager looking for a workplace where you can truly make an impact? Our independent pediatric office is searching for the right person to join our work family and help our practice continue to grow and thrive. We are looking for an experienced, dependable, and proactive Pediatric Medical Office Manager who is ready to take ownership, support our team, and keep the many moving pieces of a busy pediatric practice running smoothly. We pride ourselves on maintaining a welcoming, family-oriented environment for both our patients and our staff. Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and their families—while also being confident enough to lead a team, solve problems, and keep the office organized. What We're Looking For The right person for this position is someone who: Has previous medical office management or healthcare leadership experience Is proactive and looks for solutions rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy medical office Is comfortable supervising, supporting, and motivating staff Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients, parents, providers, and employees Is willing to introduce new ideas and help improve office systems and workflows Can handle patient concerns and difficult conversations calmly and professionally Is dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in wherever needed Pays close attention to detail and follows through Enjoys being part of a close-knit, team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Responsibilities may include: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the pediatric office Supervising and supporting clinical and administrative staff Managing staff schedules, attendance, and PTO Assisting with hiring, training, and onboarding new employees Helping maintain efficient patient scheduling and office workflow Addressing patient and parent questions or concerns Coordinating with providers staff, and outside organizations Monitoring office supplies and assisting with inventory management Developing and maintaining office policies and procedures Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and staff workflow Helping ensure the practice remains organized, compliant, and prepared Supporting the providers and staff with the many day-to-day needs that keep an independent medical practice running successfully Why Join Us?
