Bookkeeper / Office Manager |Kalamazoo, MI Salary Range:
$50,000 - $77,000 depending on experience Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for excelling in bookkeeper / office manager? If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are working with companies in Kalamazoo that are adding Bookkeeper / Office Managers to their teams. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing procedures. Oversee general office administration, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations. Process payroll and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Support HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Maintain organized financial records and assist with preparing financial reports. Coordinate facility maintenance and ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience with QuickBooks Enterprise or similar ERP system. Proficient in general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing. Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams and external vendors. Demonstrated experience with inventory management and cost accounting principles in a manufacturing environment.
