  • Full-time Job Summary At the Lansing Mall, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and maintaining an efficient work environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Answer & direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Greet visitors and provide general assistance to guests, clients, and staff Perform clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office environment as the first point of contact for most guests Maintain all Media/Marketing directives. Support mall management with administrative tasks and special projects Assist the Specialty Leasing and General Manager with planning and facilitating weekly/monthly events Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant (2 year preferred) Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Yardi) Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Join us as an Office Administrator where you will contribute to our team's success through your organizational expertise and commitment to excellence!
