Bookkeeper / Office Manager |Manistee, MI Salary Range:

If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Manistee region seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures. Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling and correspondence. Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for financial and operational documents. Assist with inventory management and production data entry as needed. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and advanced Excel skills. Proven ability to manage multiple office functions (e.g., AP/AR, payroll, HR support, office supplies). Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high degree of accuracy.
