About Ironstack Technology Ironstack Technology is a growing technology company focused on delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to support our operations team and help ensure our day-to-day business processes run smoothly. Position Overview The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting the Operations Department by managing administrative and financial processes while maintaining an organized and well-stocked office environment. This role will begin as a part-time position (18-20 hours per week) with the expectation of transitioning to full-time as the company continues to expand. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple operational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Financial & Administrative Operations Manage accounts payable , including processing invoices and coordinating payments Manage accounts receivable , including tracking incoming payments and follow-ups Assist with customer billing inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Support bookkeeping and financial documentation processes Office & Workplace Management Maintain general office organization and administrative systems Manage and stock office supplies, snacks, and workplace essentials Coordinate basic vendor relationships (supplies, office services, etc.) Ensure the office environment remains organized, functional, and welcoming Operational Support Provide administrative support to the Operations Department Assist leadership with operational coordination and internal processes Help maintain internal documentation and procedures Support general operational tasks as the company grows Qualifications Prior experience in office management, administrative support, bookkeeping, or operations Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable communicating with vendors, customers, and internal teams Proficiency with common office and accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, spreadsheets, invoicing systems) is a plus Preferred Qualities Self-starter who enjoys improving processes and keeping things organized Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Comfortable working in a growing company environment where roles may evolve Schedule & Growth Opportunity This position will begin as a part-time role (18-20 hours per week) . As Ironstack Technology continues to grow, the role is expected to expand into a full-time position with additional responsibilities and opportunities for growth .
