We are seeking an Office Manager who is energetic, friendly, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to interact and provide excellent customer service and patient care to our wonderful patients and their families. This is a full time position and will travel to our Mt Morris and Davison offices. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Oversee calendar management for executives and team members, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently Maintain office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients or visitors with inquiries and directing them appropriately Coordinate office management activities including organizing files, managing office protocols, and ensuring compliance with policies Maintain accurate records of all office activities, prepare reports, and ensure timely follow-up on pending items Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively between two offices. Strong communication skills including phone etiquette. Previous experience at a dental or medical office preferred Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems and manage front desk operations Knowledge of office equipment maintenance and troubleshooting computer literacy issues Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information with discretion Strong time management skills with the capacity to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
