Sales & Service Office of Japanese manufacturing company
Hiring:
Temp (long-term)
Pay:
$20-$23/hour Work hours: Open for Part-time and Full time within 8am-5pm
Work Style:
Hybrid is available after learning the duties. (Possibility of working in the office more during the training peirod) Admin duties of the office in general Receive and order repair parts Receipt of repaired or replacement parts Handling documents and customs clearance with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other logistics companies Prepare estimates, invoices, and other documents Support for our service staff Manage day-to-day accounting operations and support monthly financial reporting and closing activities as assigned. Other tasks might be assigned
Requirements:
(1) Japanese bilingual is a must as you will be supporting expatriates from Japan (2) Trade admin experience is considered as a plus (3) Basic Word, Excel, Power Point skills.
