Bookkeeper / Office Manager |Rockford, MI Salary Range:

If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Rockford that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Manage payroll processing, including tax filings and employee benefit administration. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Maintain organized financial records and prepare financial reports for management review. Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating facility maintenance. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to manage office operations, including administrative support, supply management, and vendor relations. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
