Requirements:

Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a managerial role within the mortgage industry. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, underwriting, and compliance regulations. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Valid mortgage license in the state of Michigan. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in mortgage-related software and CRM systems.
