Responsibilities Manage daily office operations, phones, email, and visitor support Process mail, payments, deposits, and weekly accounting reports Maintain organized files, records, and program documentation Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters (email, website, social media) Update website content and manage social media posts Support membership tracking and donor thank‑you letters Assist with program coordination, sports physicals, rosters, and registrations Provide administrative support related to IEPs, person‑centered planning, and disability‑service resources Assist with Board meeting preparation and fundraising activities Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with social media and website updates Familiarity with developmental disability services, IEPs, and community providers Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience Grant application or fundraising experience a plus Schedule Part‑time, 20-30 hours per week, on‑site.
