Job Description:
Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a well-established CPA and financial services firm seeking a Part-Time Administrator in Grand Rapids, MI. This individual will serve as the first impression for clients and play a critical role in maintaining organization and efficiency in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails Greet and assist clients in a professional manner Scan, organize, and file documents and tax returns Maintain accurate records and due dates Support administrative and office operations as needed Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion Assist team members in a collaborative office environment
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office support experience Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment with little room for error Professional and personable communication skills Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities Experience in handling confidential information required Comfortable working with both business and personal clients Software experience, preferred: Microsoft 365, Thomson Tax, File & Due Dates, File Scanning systems Axios Professional Recruitment - an entirely employee-owned company - is the largest independent employer in West Michigan.
