Bookkeeper / Office Manager |Zeeland, MI Salary Range:

If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections. Process payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly financial reports. Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relations. Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding and maintaining employee records. Support production and sales teams with administrative tasks and data entry. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with general office administration duties, including managing supplies, scheduling, and maintaining office equipment. Familiarity with manufacturing industry operations and related administrative processes is a plus.
