Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations at the front desk, manage guest relations, and coordinate with various departments to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will set the tone for a warm, professional atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes while maintaining high standards of customer service Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness to enhance guest satisfaction Oversee reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Train staff on phone etiquette, guest services protocols, and hospitality best practices to uphold service excellence Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Conduct night audits to reconcile daily revenue reports, ensuring accuracy in financial records Maintain a welcoming environment by fostering positive guest relations and ensuring adherence to hospitality standards Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential Prior experience in resort or hotel environments with a focus on guest relations and hospitality best practices Knowledge of night audit procedures and front desk operations is preferred Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Front Office Manager to create memorable stays for our guests while leading a dynamic team dedicated to hospitality excellence!
