Job Description
Overview We are a member-owned agricultural cooperative serving producers and communities throughout the region with grain, agronomy, energy, and feed services. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Manager/Controller to join our team. This is a key leadership position overseeing the cooperative's financial operations, office administration, and accounting functions, while supporting the cooperative's mission to provide exceptional service to our members and customers. Primary Responsibilities Manage daily accounting and financial operations Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Coordinate quarterly and annual audits and regulatory reporting Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and cooperative policies Supervise office staff and administrative functions Support management with financial analysis and strategic planning Manage employee records, benefits administration, and other human resource functions as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Accounting and financial management experience required Knowledge of agricultural business, cooperatives, grain, agronomy, energy, or feed operations is preferred Strong computer skills, including accounting software Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
