We are dedicated to assisting eligible nursing facility and treatment center residents in transitioning smoothly into community housing, ensuring they receive person-centered support and advocacy throughout the process. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator / Case Manager to join our team. This vital role combines office management on a daily basis with our case coordination services as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in office management and experience as a leader in a office setting. This position must be self-driven with excellent organizational skills and office acumen. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized, welcoming and efficient work environment Support upper management in an administrative capacity Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Assist with human resources functions including onboarding, training, and maintaining employee records Coordinate and manage client cases, ensuring timely communication and follow-up throughout the transition process. Provide training, create resources & development opportunities to enhance team performance Organize company events and handle miscellaneous clerical tasks such as data entry and document preparation Other administrative duties as assigned Skills Demonstrated strong customer service, communication, problem solving, and self-direction skills. Must have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with referral sources, clients, coworkers, family members, visitors, and the general public Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Adapt quickly, solve problems effectively, and support a positive, team-focused environment. High attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Strong sense of accountability and reliability Excellent knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Canva, Android Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role May involve occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 20 lbs) Requires valid drivers licensePay:
