This role supports both front‑office and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order processing, efficient vendor coordination, and exceptional customer service. The position offers flexible hours, making it an excellent fit for candidates seeking a part‑time schedule with adaptability. Responsibilities Accounts Payable & Vendor Coordination Receive and Invoice incoming products into the computer system Fulfilling customer backorders File incoming vendor invoices and maintain organized, up-to-date records. Monitor open purchase orders and follow up with vendors on status updates as needed. Customer Service & Order Processing Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, friendly assistance to customers. Greet and support walk-in customers, helping them with inquiries, orders, and product information. Process online orders.
