Job Description
A respected and well-established mid-sized law firm in the Twin Cities is seeking an Assistant Firm Administrator to join its operations and leadership team. This is a highly visible role supporting both the firm's financial operations and executive leadership. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to firm-wide administration, human resources, accounting, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day business operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Accounting OperationsAssist with monthly client billing and invoicing processesProcess client payments, including credit card and check transactionsEnter and track client-related costs and expensesPrepare attorney production and origination reportsSupport accounts payable functions and other accounting-related activitiesPartner closely with firm leadership regarding financial reporting and operational metricsHuman Resources, Benefits & PayrollSupport recruitment, onboarding, and employee training initiativesCoordinate onboarding for attorneys and staff membersAssist with payroll administration and updates through a third-party payroll providerSupport employee benefits administration, annual renewals, and open enrollment processesAssist with regulatory and mandatory employment-related reportingServe as a resource for HR-related administrative mattersFirm Administration & OperationsSupport firm leadership with strategic planning initiatives and special projectsAssist with planning attorney retreats, firm events, and internal initiativesCoordinate vendor relationships and service providersProvide support for facilities management and office operationsAssist leadership with administrative and operational projects as needed
