This position provides high level administrative support to the Cannabis Expungement Board's (CEB's) senior leadership team, serves as receptionist and office manager for the CEB office, and acts as CEB liaison to CEB Board members. The incumbent will communicate on many levels with agency staff, board members, the Governor's Office, legislative staff, various external partners, other agency staff, and the public. Duties include but are not limited to: Scheduling meetings; originating purchase orders and record management; tracking and receipting invoices; assisting with identifying and drafting agency policies and procedures, preparing reports and special projects as assigned. Responsibilities also include greeting and coordinating visitors, and deliveries; making travel arrangements; assisting with hiring and interview scheduling; office organization and agency SharePoint organization. This person works in a highly confidential and sensitive environment and accordingly ensures timely communication and workflow in the department's executive office. This position is responsible for facilities management including requesting maintenance, working with relevant parties to implement and review security and badging procedures. This person must possess a high level of confidentiality and trust as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Preferred Qualifications
