MBC Drainage LLC is hiring an organized, dependable, and friendly Office Administrator / Bookkeeper! This full-time, year-round position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, working with numbers, and keeping a busy office running smoothly.
As a growing drainage and land-improvement contractor serving Central Minnesota, MBC Drainage takes pride in quality workmanship, dependable service, and strong customer relationships.
Position Details
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Employment:
Full-time, year-round
Pay:
Based on experience - $22-$25/hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist customers professionally.
Prepare invoices and process customer payments.
Assist with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and payroll.
Enter and maintain accurate customer information.
Organize project files, permits, and office documents.
Maintain CDL driver records and related documentation.
Support daily office operations and other administrative needs.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential business and employee information.
Willingness to learn new software and office systems.
