  • Job Overview:
  • Kids Abilities is seeking an Office Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Shoreview office, is personable and a fun individual that will be an asset to the them!
  • Duties
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate and oversee client/therapist scheduling
  • Assist therapists and client with misc.
  • Help monitor and maintain office facilities
  • Etc.
  • Skills
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with staff and clients/families effectively. Ability to interact with a wide variety of children and adults with disabilities.
  • Flexible thinker and ability to prioritize tasks with ease.
  • Knowledge of office management practices for smooth operations.
  • Computer & phone skills required.
  • Familiarity with physical, occupational and speech therapy fields is a bonus!
