Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management, including administrative tasks, human resources, and financial oversight. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while providing support to our team members. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Oversee event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings. Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support in their roles. Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks. Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes. Implement effective schedule management practices to optimize team workflows. Handle human resources functions including recruitment, training, and development of staff. Ensure proper filing systems are maintained for documentation and records management. Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and visitor reception. Develop organizational policies to enhance office efficiency and employee satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication. Requirements Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively. Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required. Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Previous clerical or administrative experience is essential. Knowledge of training & development practices to support staff growth.
